Noraebang Buy & Sell

A free board for owners who want to sell a noraebang and people who want to buy one. Submit a post and we publish it after review.

How this board works

Posting is free. ELOHIM EPF USA charges no posting fee and no commission.
We are not a broker. We do not arrange sales and take no part in price negotiations or contracts. Contact and deal with the other party directly.
Posts are supplied by the people who submit them. We do not verify or guarantee their accuracy. Confirm revenue, the landlord's consent to assign the lease, and whether the liquor license can pass to you from documents, and consult your own attorney and accountant.
We review before publishing. Posts go up within 2–3 business days and come down after 90 days. Ask us and we will take yours down sooner.
You do not have to publish the business name or exact address. A city and a room count are enough.
We do not publish music-licensing contracts or payment status. If you are buying, ask the seller for that in writing.

What to check when you buy a venue is set out in the Startup Guide under Location & Lease.
